PESAWARAN:Seorang ibu rumah tangga, yang dikenal sebagai agen tenaga kerja wanita ke luar negeri di kawasan Kedondong, Pesawaran, ditangkap, dengan sangkaan menggelapkan uang perusahaan Rp140 juta.
Kasatreskrim Polres Pesawaran AKP Enrico Donald Sidauruk mengatakan Mas, wanita berusia 47 tahun tersebut, sudah 4 tahun menjadi calon tenaga kerja. Ia dituduh perusahaan penyalur tidak melapor, sehingga sejumlah TKI yang sudah membayar tidak berangkat.
Saat diperiksa, warga Desa Tanjung Kerta, Kedondong, tersebut hanya mengakui menggelapkan uang Rp20 juta dari dua TKI yang belum berangkat. Soal dana lain, ia merasa sudah berhasil memberangkatkan 25 TKW lain, yang umumnya bekerja sebagai pembantu di Singapura.
